Aix-Marseille University/Advanced Accelerator Applications (AAA) agreement

Stefano Buono, Advanced Accelerator Applications CEO, and Pr Yvon Berland, President of Aix-Marseille University (ex-Université de la Méditerranée), signed on June 25th 2009 an agreement contract for the procurement, installation, and operation of two cyclotrons (one dedicated to production, the other dedicated to R&D) and 3 radiopharmaceutical laboratories for CERIMED.

According to this agreement, CERIMED will host one of AAA radiotracer production site, for France and abroad. AAA also becomes one of CERIMED’s privileged partners for the research and development of new radiopharmaceuticals, as well as for their commercial exploitation.
